About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager / Sales Manager – CPU Retail Business to support the growth of Snapdragon-powered devices in the Turkey and Greece retail markets on behalf of our client Qualcomm.
The role focuses on developing strong relationships with key consumer electronics and IT retailers, supporting sell-out activities, improving retail execution, and strengthening Snapdragon’s position in the notebook and PC category. You will work closely with major retail partners, OEM brands, distributors, store teams, and internal stakeholders to drive commercial impact across both markets.
Key Retail Focus are in Turkey: MediaMarkt, Vatan, Teknosa and in Greece: Plaisio, Public, Kotsovolos.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and develop relationships with key retail partners in Turkey and Greece.
- Drive sell-out performance for Snapdragon-powered notebook and PC products.
- Support the execution of retail activation plans, promotions, product launches, and in-store visibility initiatives.
- Work closely with OEM partners, retail buyers, category managers, and store management teams.
- Identify business opportunities and improve Snapdragon’s presence within the PC and notebook category.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, pricing, promotions, and retail execution.
- Provide regular market feedback, performance updates, and structured reporting.
- Coordinate with field teams, promoters, trainers, and merchandising resources where applicable.
- Support training initiatives to improve product knowledge and sales confidence among retail staff.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and execution across the relevant retail channels.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
We are looking for a commercially driven candidate with proven experience in retail account management, preferably in the IT, notebook, PC, consumer electronics, or OEM environment.
The ideal candidate has strong relationships or relevant experience with major Turkish and/or Greek retailers and understands how to turn brand strategy into measurable retail execution.
Requirements
- Proven experience in e-retail, retail, key account management, or channel sales.
- Strong background in IT, notebooks, PCs, consumer electronics, OEMs, or related technology categories.
- Experience working with retailers such as MediaMarkt, Vatan, Teknosa, Plaisio, Public, or Kotsovolos is a strong advantage.
- Strong commercial understanding of retail sell-out, promotions, product positioning, and account development.
- Fluent Turkish and very good English skills.
- Greek language skills are an advantage, especially for the Greece market.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently across multiple stakeholders and markets.
- Structured reporting skills and confidence in working with sales data and market insights.
- Willingness to travel within Turkey and Greece as required.
