Key Retail Focus are in Kazakhstan: Technodom, Sulpak, Alser and additional relevant IT and consumer electronics retailers across the region.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and develop relationships with key retailers and e-retailers in Kazakhstan.
- Drive sell-out performance for Snapdragon-powered notebook and PC products.
- Support retail activation plans, promotions, product launches, and visibility measures.
- Work closely with retail buyers, category managers, OEM partners, distributors, and store teams.
- Improve Snapdragon product presence and positioning within the notebook and PC category.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, availability, and retail execution.
- Identify new business opportunities within the local IT and consumer electronics retail landscape.
- Support product training and sales enablement activities for retail staff.
- Coordinate with field teams, promoters, merchandisers, and trainers where applicable.
- Provide regular reporting, market insights, and performance updates.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail, e-retail, key account management, channel sales, or business development.
- Strong background in IT, notebooks, PCs, consumer electronics, OEMs, or related technology categories.
- Experience with retailers such as Technodom, Sulpak, Alser, or comparable local retailers is a strong advantage.
- Good understanding of the Kazakhstan retail and distribution landscape.
- Strong commercial mindset with experience in sell-out growth, promotions, account planning, and retail execution.
- Fluent Russian and/or Kazakh language skills.
- Very good English skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Comfortable with sales reporting, market analysis, and structured business updates.
- Willingness to travel within Kazakhstan as required.
